## What is actually done in Townsville

Criminal mentions, committals and trials in the Townsville Magistrates and District Courts. Protection-order lists in the Magistrates Court. Family-law conferences by video, with in-person conferences when a Townsville room is booked. We do not keep a staffed Townsville legal team, and we do not describe a local office.

## Court practicalities
