# How this site handles information.

BJH Law Pty Ltd collects contact details so we can return a call. We do not ask you to send a brief of evidence through the website form.

Messages sent through the contact page are for a call back. Once you instruct the firm, the file is held as a confidential legal file, not as website marketing data.

This static site does not use advertising cookies. When you use the call-back form, your name, phone number, optional email address, matter type and note are emailed to info@bjhlaw.com.au. The form runs on Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and uses Cloudflare Turnstile to screen out automated spam. The email is delivered by Resend (Resend, Inc., United States), which keeps a copy of sent messages in its logs for up to 30 days. Please keep the first message short and do not include evidence or other sensitive detail.
