How we work

# Video first. In person for hearings.

BJH Law is based in Noosa. Conferences are by video unless there is a reason to sit in a room. Someone from the firm attends court when the listing requires it. Travel costs are in the costs agreement.

A five-person practice cannot pretend to sit in four cities every day. The honest version is better for clients: you can speak to us quickly on video; we will be in the courtroom when it matters; you will see travel in the costs agreement before it is incurred.

## Townsville and Mackay rooms

Meeting rooms are booked by appointment. They are not offices, not street-front branches, and not evidence of a local team. If a directory lists a Mackay or Toowoomba street address for BJH Law, it is wrong.

## After hours
