# Interim and final parenting work.

Parenting files at BJH Law are run from Noosa. The work is arrangements for children, interim hearings, and cases where risk, child protection or a criminal brief sits beside the family file.

The first task on a parenting file is to know whether anyone is in danger, whether a protection order is on foot, and whether a criminal charge is coming. Those facts change what can be said, and where.

We run interim hearings without asking the Court to make final findings it cannot make on incomplete evidence. Where child-protection or Magellan issues are in play, the family file has to be written with that in mind.
