# Drink driving, drug driving and disqualification.

Traffic charges are criminal charges. BJH Law runs drink- and drug-driving files from Noosa, including first mentions at Noosa and Maroochydore Magistrates Courts.

A drink-driving listing is not a paperwork exercise if disqualification, interlock, or a later employment problem is on the table. Bring the notice to appear, the breath or blood reading if you have it, and the next court date.

## Where these files are heard

Most Sunshine Coast traffic files are at Noosa or Maroochydore. We also appear on traffic lists in the other courts named on this site. We do not run a separate drink-driving page for every suburb.
